Kadbanoo Co is a leading food processing factory, manufacturing under the brand name of “Delpazir”, started its activity in 1949 in a land of 17500 m2 located in the suburbs of Karaj Iran.
During early years of its establishment, the activities were only limited to manufacture of a few jams and fruits in syrup. As the company expanded its activities, it started manufacturing diabetic jams ever to be produced in Iran. At the same time, it started manufacturing different cold sauces (mayonnaise and salad dressings), hot sauces (pasta sauce, baked beans and so forth).
Kadbanoo Company is a leading manufacturer in terms of increase in annual production capacity and variety of products. It had always adhered to quality standards using best quality ingredients and packaging material while observing GMP. Applying these standards has led us to be a dominant brand in Iranian market and emerging as exporter to different countries.
Kadbanoo is entitled to opening one of the most advanced and up-to-date food processing factories throughout the Middle east enjoying the most advanced European machinery with top technology in food industry including the lines below;
-Producing and packaging of tomato paste with the capacity of 120 tons per 24 hours.
-Producing and packaging of cold processed sauces with the capacity of 160 tons per 24 hours.
-Producing and packaging of hot processed sauces with the capacity of 140 tons per 24 hours.
-Producing and packaging of non-meat cans with capacity of 120tons per 24 hours.
-Packaging of tea with the capacity of 18 tons per 24 hours.
-Packaging of pickles with the capacity of 56 tons per 24 hours.
-Producing of PET performs and jars with the capacity of 288000 pieces per 24 hours.
There is no limit in our facilities and activities to be expanded in our new factory. In particular, the sewage treatment system with a capacity of 4500 cubic meters per day is one of the largest and most up-to-date refineries in the Middle East.
توضیحات تکمیلی شرکت
شرکت کدبانو (دلپذیر)، با برند دلپذیر، از سال 1328 فعالیت خود را در زمینی به مساحت 17500 متر مربع در حومه کرج آغاز کرده است. این شرکت پیشرو در صنعت فرآوری مواد غذایی، در ابتدا به تولید انواع مربا و میوه های کنسرو شده محدود بود، اما با گسترش فعالیت های خود، به تولید مربای مخصوص افراد دیابتی (اولین بار در ایران) و انواع سس های سرد (مانند مایونز و سس سالاد) و گرم (مانند سس پاستا و لوبیا پخته) پرداخت. با بهره گیری از بهترین مواد اولیه و بسته بندی و رعایت استانداردهای GMP، شرکت کدبانو به یکی از برندهای غالب در بازار ایران تبدیل شده و محصولات خود را به کشورهای مختلف صادر می کند.
شرکت کدبانو از پیشرفته ترین و مدرن ترین کارخانه های فرآوری مواد غذایی در خاورمیانه برخوردار است و از ماشین آلات پیشرفته اروپایی با بالاترین تکنولوژی در صنعت غذا استفاده می کند. ظرفیت تولید این شرکت شامل 120 تن رب گوجه فرنگی، 160 تن سس های سرد، 140 تن سس های گرم، 120 تن کنسروجات غیر گوشتی، 18 تن چای بسته بندی شده، 56 تن ترشی و 288000 عدد ظروف PET در هر 24 ساعت می باشد. سیستم تصفیه فاضلاب این شرکت با ظرفیت 4500 متر مکعب در روز، یکی از بزرگترین و مدرن ترین پالایشگاه های خاورمیانه به شمار می رود.
